2. So our quotations include your midtown hotel in Beijing - train station transfer service.

3. The tickets are issued 10 days before departure, so you are requested to reserve your tickets at least 11 days in advance.

4. We can guarantee your ticket booking after we have received your booking deposit. Your ticket booking is confirmed only after you have received our final confirmation either by email or phone 8 days in advance of your departure date.

5. We keep the right to change your train tickets for another train running a similar schedule if your original ticket is not available.

6. Advance payment is required.

7. You are kindly requested to get to the train station at least one hour before your train departure time.

8. You are also requested to go through the security check ( luggage check) when you enter the main hall of the train station.

9. Passenger will be allowed on board the train 30 minutes before departure time. The train will be closed 5 minutes before departure.

10. Our tour guide will assist you in getting on board the train - the service starting from your hotel to the train station.
